"Newly Hotels" is the business designation of a German sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen). There is no commercial-register entry, no share capital and no professional supervisory authority.

Newly holds no contracts with travelers: there is no checkout, no account and no payment on this site. We are therefore neither obliged to take part in consumer dispute resolution proceedings nor do we take part voluntarily.
